This site is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and asks for no personal data. What follows describes the limited processing that does occur.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes the connection data that the technical design of the Internet requires — including the IP address, the requested URL, the referrer, and the browser user agent — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service against attack and abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site).
Aggregate visit statistics are collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build profiles across sites. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used).
The buttons marked “Start with a diagnostic” link to Calendly. No data is transferred to Calendly until you follow that link. Anything you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy terms, and is used solely to arrange and hold the call.
If you write to the address above, your message and the data it contains are processed in order to answer it, and retained for as long as the matter and any statutory retention period require. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Description and scope of data processing. This page uses the Exali AG Liability Seal. The graphic element of the seal is reloaded from the servers of Exali AG. For this purpose, due to the technical design of the Internet, your IP address is processed in order to transmit the graphic to your browser. Typefaces and images are served from this site’s own domain. No font, script or asset is loaded from a third-party CDN, with the single exception of the Exali seal described above.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
