This policy covers afanasyevs.com, the website of the practice. It is a static site: no cookies, no advertising trackers, no personal data requested. Ledger Sync, the software product, is a separate service with its own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes the connection data that the technical design of the Internet requires — including the IP address, the requested URL, the referrer, and the browser user agent — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service against attack and abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site).
Aggregate visit statistics are collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build profiles across sites. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used).
The buttons marked “Book a call” link to Calendly. No data is transferred to Calendly until you follow that link. Anything you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy terms, and is used solely to arrange and hold the call.
If you write to the address above, your message and the data it contains are processed in order to answer it, and retained for as long as the matter and any statutory retention period require. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Typefaces and images are served from this site’s own domain. No font, script or asset is loaded from a third-party CDN.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
