Consolidation system
Afanasyevs builds and deploys a consolidation system inside each client’s own environment. It reads the trial balance and the chart of accounts from every company in the group, maps them to one group chart of accounts, translates currencies, eliminates intercompany balances, and produces consolidated statements. The ledgers stay where they are.
How it is deployed
Each client gets a separate deployment: their own database, their own automation instance, and their own connected application. Nothing is shared between clients, because there is nothing shared to begin with. The system runs inside the client’s environment, under their control.
What it does
What it reads
From QuickBooks Online the system reads two things: the Trial Balance report for the selected period, and the chart of accounts. Nothing else is requested.
What it never does
The system never creates, modifies or deletes anything in the accounting system. QuickBooks Online does not offer a read-only permission — Intuit issues a single accounting scope that permits both reading and writing — so the restriction is enforced in our software and verified automatically on every release. Every request is logged with its Intuit request identifier and the log is available to the client at any time. Access can be revoked from within QuickBooks Online at any moment, without contacting us.
Where the figures are stored
Extracted figures are held in a PostgreSQL database provisioned for that client alone, on Supabase, in the region the client chooses. Access is separated at the database level. No data is shared between clients and none is used to train any model.
Disconnecting and deletion
Disconnect at any time from the Apps page in QuickBooks Online. On written request all data extracted from the company is deleted within 30 days and the deletion confirmed in writing.
