Consolidation system
These terms govern your use of the consolidation system we build and deploy for you. By connecting a company you accept them.
Last updated 1 September 2026
The service is operated by Afanasyevs OÜ, registry code 16464061, VAT EE102476503, Tööstuse tn 48, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”). “You” is the organisation that connects one or more accounting companies to the service.
The system reads the trial balance and chart of accounts from each accounting system you connect, maps source accounts to a group chart of accounts, applies foreign-currency translation, eliminates intercompany balances, and produces consolidated statements.
The system does not create, modify or delete records in your accounting system. It does not move money, file returns, or transmit anything to a tax or regulatory authority on your behalf.
The system records and applies classification decisions made by the client or the client’s accountant. It does not certify compliance with any accounting standard and does not constitute an audit, assurance or advisory opinion. Responsibility for the accounting treatment of any account remains with you.
You confirm that you are entitled to grant access to each accounting company you connect, and that doing so does not breach an agreement with a third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of the underlying accounting data, for the mapping decisions recorded in the service, and for keeping the credentials used to reach it secure. You will not attempt to access data belonging to another client of the service.
We will operate the service with reasonable skill and care, keep the read-only restriction described in section 3 enforced in our software, log every request made to your accounting system, and make that log available to you on request. We will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a security incident affecting your data.
Fees, billing period and payment terms are set out in the separate written agreement between us. Where no such agreement is in force, the service is provided without charge and without a service level.
Our liability for direct loss caused by our breach of these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the twelve months preceding the event, and to €2,500 where no fees have been paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss arising from inaccurate source data, from decisions you take on the basis of the output, or from the unavailability of a third-party system we depend on. These limits do not apply to loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may disconnect the service from the Apps page in your accounting system without contacting us. On termination we stop processing, and on your written request we delete all data extracted from your companies within 30 days and confirm the deletion in writing. Sections 3, 7 and 10 survive termination.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance; if you do not accept, you may terminate under section 8 with no charge for the remaining period.
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
